Hi, I'm Paula Bregmen. I studied Early Childhood Education in New Zealand and have over 20 years of experience as a professional nanny in Australia, where I live with my husband and our 5-year-old daughter.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with families of all kinds, caring for children of various ages and needs. After becoming a parent myself and going through the process of finding a nanny, I realised just how overwhelming and time-consuming it can be to find the right person. This experience sparked my passion for supporting families in their search, and in 2023, I officially launched Beaches Nanny Agency (formerly Northern Beaches Nanny Agency).

While qualifications are important, I believe a strong personality and values match is just as crucial. A nanny who fits seamlessly into your family’s culture can help create a lasting, supportive relationship. Consistency and trust are key when it comes to our children’s care, and having someone who feels like an extension of yourself provides peace of mind.
